Starvation

My hexagon addresses the issue of starvation. Starvation is an issue that is
affecting children and families in many places, especially developing countries. In my
hexagon I used pictures from the internet, creating a collage of pictures and words that I
think represent starvation. About 925 million people do not have enough food and are
suffering from starvation. I used my hexagon to show the negative side of starvation
because I hope when people see my hexagon they will want to help stop world hunger. My
hexagon was done in all black and white because I was trying to address the negative side
of starvation. I think that starvation is an important issue to fix because the people in the
world who are going hungry do not deserve it. They did not do anything to deserve being
hungry. Many charities and organizations are raising money and collecting food to send to
the people in need in other countries in need of food. I hope everyday less and less
families and children are in need of food and are going hungry.
