Helping Hunger
Some media I used to help create my hexagon was Google Images and UNICEF ‘s website.
Many countries in the world have either have to much or to little recourse's. The United States is one that has to much and southern parts of Africa is one that doesn’t have enough. Many countries all around the world are like this. The ones with more recourse’s are always trying to help those less fortunate. Though this would seem like it would fix the entire problem it does not. There are millions of people all around the world dying from starvation and they cant help them all at once. Also there are some people with so much that don’t want to help. They want it all for themselves. This is important to me because if just one person can convince a few people it could make all the difference because in the end imagine how many people you wold have willing to help.
In my project I drew a line down the center of the hexagon and on one side I did big strong hands holding a plate with a ton of food. The hands were strong and the background color was a bright happy yellow.This is supposed to show that they are full of recourse's and are very strong/powerful. On the other side is weak empty hands holding nothing. They were straggly and the background color was a dark gloomy green. This is supposed to show that they have nothing and they are depending on others to help them. In the background of this side there are words like hungry,needy,poverty etc. On the other side there are words like health, strong,happiness etc. In all its supposed to show the problem, that these people have no food, and the solution, that some people are tying to help.
